Bridgey Speaks

Well, the puppies were born a week ago tomorrow. They are SO unbelievably cute. I haven’t posted about it before now because I’ve been spending too much time visiting them! Of course, Dave has been posting with pictures and such, so that has helped. I am so excited that we will be bringing one of them home in September!

Well the last week was great. My sister, brother-in-law, niece, and nephew were here starting Monday evening. We had a 4th of July picnic followed by fireworks Tuesday. On Wednesday we went to the science center and UPMC SportsWorks. Thursday was girls’ day; Ginger and I scrapbooked and got pedicures while the men took the kids to the zoo. Friday was a great time at Sandcastle where we all “faced our fears,” as prompted by Maddy, and Saturday was Kennywood. Whew!

It was actually quite relaxing and fun for me. I think they had a nice time too. Now I’m totally sad that they are gone, and it’s back to the grind for me. Here’s a reminder:
