Bridgey Speaks

So, I mentioned that my sister, brother-in-law, and niece and nephew visited over Memorial Day. We had a blast. Among the activites we participated in, we went to the Children’s Museum. It was great! We had a great time - all of us! You’ll see the picture below with my sister and me in a Mini Cooper. Do you think we look alike?

The top floor of the museum is a water area. The kids put on rain suits and have a blast. It was very humid in there so Dave and I went downstairs one level to play in the toddler area. There where many kids around, so we thoroughly enjoyed the giant Light Bright. See what we made?

I know I’ve been a slacker about posting. Well, you see, the last 3-4 weeks have been quite busy. My sister and her kids came to visit, and that was a blast. Then, the same morning they left, we flew to Chicago for a conference and to visit Tara and Meghan. Unfortunately Dave was sick while we were there. Then when we got back, we had a very hectic week. This past weekend was a wild time with Laura’s shower and bachelorette party, and then Sunday the Deckers arrived. They are looking at houses in the ‘Burgh! I’ll keep you posted. These are just the highlights. I’ll be sure to fill in the gaps with any good stories as things settle down a little this weekend.
